Once Touted as ‘Historic,’ Secretariat Accused of Undermining Anglo Groups
The Coalition Avenir Québec government is using the provincial secretariat for anglophone affairs to surreptitiously destabilize anglophone groups and “undermine the legitimate leadership of the community,” the Quebec Community Groups Network (QCGN) says.
