Townshippers’ Association

Townshippers’ Association is a non-profit, non-partisan community organization focused on promoting and supporting the interests of the English-speaking minority community in the historical Eastern Townships region of Quebec. Through a variety of initiatives and programs, Townshippers’ works to strengthen the community and culture of English-speaking Townshippers, open doors of opportunity for youth and promote access to health, social and other services in English.

Townshippers’ Day is one of the largest annual events for the region’s English-speaking community to celebrate their creativity, heritage and vitality. Held annually in September since 1979, the Association partners with local volunteers to host the day-long bilingual festival, which features activities, entertainment and exhibitors.
