South Shore Community Partners Network (SSCPN)

The South Shore Community Partners Network (SSCPN) is a volunteer-based non-profit corporation working with Montreal South Shore English-speaking community groups. The SSCPN assists in promoting a range of events and offers support to programs offered by organizations or individuals that could be of benefit to our community. The SSCPN assists individuals, families and seniors in locating services including: homecare, lifelong learning, cultural activities and government programs. The SSCPN works with local partners who want to improve their outreach in promoting health and wellness programs to the English-speaking community. The SSCPN has close contacts with cultural communities where English is often spoken and work together on common issues.
