Contactivity Centre is a non-profit community centre for active seniors and retirees. Our aim is to work together to reduce isolation and empower ourselves to age healthily and happily. Here you can meet new friends, keep growing and learning, and replenish body, mind and spirit. Choose from among our dozen courses, out-of-town excursions, community meals, and many interest groups. We also have volunteering opportunities to help less able seniors in ways that can make a huge difference in their lives.
