CHIP, the acronym for Communicaid for Hearing Impaired Persons, is the only non-profit registered charity serving the anglophone community affected by hearing loss in Quebec. This grassroots organization was built through the efforts of countless volunteers working thousands of hours over the last 40 years. Many of our team and board members are people affected by hearing loss. We understand and are concerned with the struggles and the difficulties that people with hearing issues often experience in their daily lives. It was this dedication to see improvement in the quality of life that gave birth to CHIP, an organization that stands by the hard of hearing community in Montreal. CHIP provides ongoing programs, support, and services to those affected by hearing loss. We help our members feel connected with their families and friends so they can make lasting memories.
