Following eight months of social distancing measures, unprecedented numbers of Canadians are now experiencing both physical and social isolation from their colleagues, family, and communities. Milton Friesen is the General Manager of CitiIQ, an organization which measures the health and well-being of cities. He has served a three-year term as an elected municipal councillor and has spent more than 12 years working in public policy and research projects related to city planning.
