Video: Movie says Montreal is too English

A new movie aims to show Montreal is simply too English and the film places the blame for that squarely on the shoulders of the Parti Quebecois. The producers claim that the party’s policies toward minorities are too soft. Jamie Orchard has more. Jamie Orchard talks to those involved, and hears from Sylvia Martin-Laforge of the QCGN.
