Research Participants Needed for a Study on Anglo Quebec Vitality
Dr. Paul Zanazanian, a history education specialist at McGill University, is seeking research participants for a study on the impact of community leaders’ historical consciousness on Anglo Quebec vitality.
This research project is original, timely, and greatly needed. Anglo Quebec is at a crossroads regarding its identity and full civic participation in Quebec. Valuable information is needed in order to better understand current realities and to develop strategies for strengthening the community’s vitality and social contributions.
35 English-speaking community leaders are currently being sought. Reflecting the project’s comparative nature, participants will be recruited from Montreal, Quebec City, and Sherbrooke. Data will be collected at an assigned time and place in each of these locations. Participants will be given a choice of 3 dates so that their involvement best fits their schedule.
