QCGN Director General on CTV News regarding OQLF improved measures to collect complaints

As promised after the pastagate controversy, the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF) has launched a series of new measures to collect and deal with complaints from the public. Complaints will be filtered on whether they are of a private, individual nature or those that involve the general public. QCGN Director General Sylvia Martin-Laforge says those measure will hopefully make Quebec citizens work together on having better workplaces as well as a better understanding of our linguistic needs.
